Email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the name, email address, phone number or other details that will help us identify the relevant records. Do not include passwords, verification codes or payment-card details in your request.

Identity and authority verification

Before acting on a request, we may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the requester’s identity and authority. This helps protect personal data from unauthorised deletion requests. If we cannot verify a request, we may be unable to complete it.
